No. OBWS guarantees content placement and exposure. Sales performance varies by product, price point, and customer demand. No advertising platform guarantees sales.

Who creates ad graphics?
OBWS may design promotional graphics using images/videos provided by the customer. Final creative is always sent for customer approval before publishing.

Can I request edits before posting?
Yes. Edits must be requested before you approve the final graphic.

If I approve the graphic and later want changes, can I get a refund?
No. Once approved and posted, the service is considered fulfilled. Additional changes require a new promotional request.

Requests submitted after 5 pm EST or on the weekend will be scheduled 2 business days after the ad submission date. Please allow up to 2 days for confirmation and possible revisions from the OBWS Team.

OBWS is legally unable to promote firearms, nudity, violence, profanity, or explicit professional advice on our platform. 

All advertisements must also contain copyright-free music and include photos and/or videos you 100% own.

Absolutely! We want to make sure that you receive great engagement. ​​​​​By purchasing an advertisement, you agree to have your ad modified into the OBWS brand template and have revision(s) to align your ad with our OBWS branding and voice.

Gain press and increase your SEO for your business with an interview article introducing your business to the OBWS community! This interview will be transformed into a blog article and promoted across our OBWS newsletter and social media platforms. There is a 1-week lead time for the interview to be conducted and completed by our writers.

Absolutely. We want to ensure that your advertisement on OBWS compliments your business goals. After purchasing, you'll receive an email requesting the image/video, caption, and proposed launch date for your ad post.

If your business goals change, you are welcome to reschedule your advertising request. Contact us at ads@officialblackwallstreet.com to make any changes to your order.

Refunds:
You may request a cancellation or refund within 24-hours of your purchase. Contact us at ads@officialblackwallstreet.com during this window to request a refund. There are no refunds after this 24-hour period when the OBWS team has begun processing the advertising request.

 

If you cancel your order after this 24-hour window, you will have the choice to reschedule your ad for a later date and will not receive any further charges.
